WHEELTHROWING | Level 1

This course teaches the fundamentals. It is suitable for absolute beginners or those who need a refresher.

• Includes firing and glazing for 3 pieces; additional pieces cost $10 each

Week 1: Wedging, Centering and Coning

Week 2: Pulling Cylinders

Week 3: Basic shaping (straight forms)

Week 4: Trimming

Week 5: Glazing

Reminders

• We encourage students to keep to the slots you have signed up for. In the event that you need to miss a lesson, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will try to arrange for a different timing.

• All finished works should be picked up within 4 weeks from notification for collection via email. Any works not picked up after 4 weeks will be disposed of.
