WHEELTHROWING | Level 2

This course focuses on shaping and trimming basic forms. It is suitable for students who are comfortable with techniques taught in level 1.

5 sessions | 2.5 hours per session

  • Wed (7pm-9.30pm)

  • Sat (10am-12.30pm)

Pre-requisites

Completed the Level 1 Beginner Throwing course with us (or a similar course at other teaching studios).

Fee

$350 / Person

  • Includes clay

  • Includes firing and glazing for 5 pieces; additional pieces cost $10 each

  • 5 hours of complimentary studio hours

Programme

Week 1: Recap basic gestures + Intro to forms with round bottoms

Week 2-4: Shaping and Trimming

Week 5: Glazing

Reminders

  • We encourage students to keep to the slots you have signed up for. In the event that you need to miss a lesson, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will try to arrange for a different timing.

  • All finished works should be picked up within 4 weeks from notification for collection via email. Any works not picked up after 4 weeks will be disposed of.
